Wer coacht die Coaches?

Der Wahn der Berater, Coaches und Coachings für Coaches... wie viele Leute rechtfertigen auf diese Weise ihr Leben und streichen dabei mitunter beträchtliche Summen an Gebühren oder Fördergeldern ein, obwohl es bei nur um sie selbst geht?

Sind wir nich alle ein bisschen "Coach"?

Warum wollen gerade so viele Leute „Berater“ werden? Woher kommt all das Geld dafür? Warum ist manche Beratung, mit der ich selbst oft nichts anfangen kann, branchenmäßig etabliert und wird von Ministerien gefördert, während andere, echte Hilfe, nur unbezahlt und nebenbei von Freunden und Bekannten kommt? Lässt sich das nicht „pro forma“ auch institutstionalisieren, damit die Beratung
anerkannt wird als Arbeit, als etwas, das wirklich gut tut und positive Auswirkungen hat?

… und viele, die sich Berater, Lehrer, Trainer, Coaches nennen, die anderen auf ihrem Weg helfen wollen, Mediationen und Moderationen anbieten und auch genutzt werden von ihrem Umfeld, sind einkommens-auftragslos... oder besuchen selber Coachings... wer hilft den Helfern?

War kommt am Ende der ganzen Ausbildungs- und Helfershelferkette "heraus", "unten an" oder so?

Am Coachen eines anderen verwirklicht man sich selbst... auch Gründer eines "alternativen Bildungsträgers" können dieses Prinzip nutzen und sich gegenseitig fit machen, sich coachen. Dabei darf nicht vergessen werden, dass jedes „Coaching“ auch für den „Coach“ ein Geschenk ist, etwas, das er „für sich“ tut. Das muss nicht in Geldform sein. Bei manchen Tauschringen gibt es diese beiderseitige Verrechnungsform bereits. In den wichtigsten Momenten, nämlich um die zu erreichen, die man selbst gern zu etwas befähigen möchte, MUSS Coaching verschenkt werden. Man denke nur an eigene Kinder und Freunde. Da würde ich doch keine Gebühr verlangen, weil es in meinem Sinne ist, dass meine Lieben „es schaffen“... also kann ich das auch umdrehen: nur „coachen“ und unterstützen, was wirklich in „meinem Sinne“ ist, das andere einfach lassen.
Es kommt darauf an, was wir weitergeben und dass es in einem angstfreien, ehrlichen Rahmen geschieht, wo wir offen miteinander reden können.
Daher gibt es verschiedene Ansätze, jetzt einen „Alternative Bildungsträger“ und ähnliches zu gründen.

Human dignity is inviolable - activities for reinstallation of German basic law

The german philosopher Ralph Boes, known for his activities for the basic income grant movement, started a "long lasting direct action" in writing a letter, starting with the citation of the first article of Germanys basic law: human dignity is inviolable.

As so a called "unemployed" -which means rather without income/money than without anything to do - Boes is a job center's "client" and has to follow the job center's rules. That means certain violations of human/citizen rights for all the clients.

The Social Security Code seems not to care about the German "basic law" and it is common practice to "punish" clients who are not obedient, clients who are not willing to disclaim their rights.

Boes' "brandbrief" (which can be translated as "burning letter"), and the currently more than 2000 subscribers try to reinstall German basic law, especially art. 1 human dignity is inviolable.


The author spots the historical emergence of this most important article, he gives an overview of common practice in job centers but finally he draws his conclusions.

Bravely he is willing to be "sanctioned" for his free and self defined lifestyle.

He stated: "[...] I will neither agree to any senseless job opportunity offered by the job center nor follow any senseless job center created rule. [...]
I postulate a categorical right to a free, self-determined life, which i can use for any self-chosen work or activity [...]
Obviously i am awaiting You to sanction me, because according to Social Security Code (book II) there is no other choice than to sanction me for this announcement. [...]"

Until today he is not sanctioned. The job center is trying to let him do what he wants to.
But if they do not sanction him, other clients will follow and ask for the same treatment.

The job center probably tries to save time. Boes' case shall be a special one - not appicable for everybody - and it shall not develope into a legal dispute as Boes was trying to initiate.
Most of the clients do not claim anything, they just try to pass the situation unseen and without trouble. Especially if they do not live alone they fear the consequences of missing income for the whole family. Being sanctioned is a kind of clan liability.
But in front of job center buildings and in the internet they applaud Boes.
Many people are surprised when they are confronted with printings or questions from Boes' colleagues, acivists from citizens' action committee for basic income grant.
"Do we still have our basic law?"
Citing its first article about human dignity causes ironical laughter.

But also the job agents and other employees working withing the job centers are human beeings.
They recieve roses and letters by activists of the same citizens' action committee.
